Overview

The Dashboard Page in iPOS is the central control panel where you can monitor business performance, track daily activities, and get quick access to essential modules like orders, inventory, sales, and customers.

          This is the total income or sales generated for the current year.

Shows overall business performance.


๐Ÿ‘ฅ Customers

    0: 

         Indicates no new or registered customers have been added this year.

Could mean customer data is not tracked or customers are not registered in the system.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Orders

    79:

          Total number of orders placed in the current year.

Reflects business activity and sales volume.


๐Ÿ“Š Orders per Month

    A graphical/chart section showing how many orders were received each month.

Helps analyze trends (e.g., high or low seasons).


๐Ÿ‘ฅ Total Customers

    Displays a graph or summary of all customers in the system.

Helps understand customer growth over time.


Step 1: Access the Dashboard

After logging into the iPOS system, you are typically redirected to the Dashboard Page automatically.

You can also reach it any time by clicking โ€œDashboardโ€ from the left-side or top navigation menu.


Step 2: Understand the Layout

The dashboard is usually made up of:

Summary Cards / Widgets: For total sales, customers, stock alerts, etc.

Graphs & Charts: Visual overview of sales trends, top-selling products, and daily performance.


Step 3: View Key Metrics

Most dashboards show real-time statistics such as:

Step 4: Analyze Graphs & Charts

Sales Chart: Daily, weekly, or monthly sales trends.

Top Products: Items that are selling the most.

Payment Method Split: Cash, card, online payments breakdown.

You can often filter by date, branch, or user.


Step 6: Export Data (Optional)

You may have options to:

Export sales data to Excel/PDF

Print daily summaries

Email performance reports


Step 7: Log Out

At the top right, you usually find:

Profile settings


  Enable Dark theme

  Enable Light theme

  Enable System theme
